Guest Experience Agent Osnabrück (m/w/d) (Hotel / Front Office / Gästebetreuung)

Conduct guest interactions from check-in to departure as the central contact for guest experiences in Osnabrück, assisting with self-check-in and answering inquiries while building relationships on an equal footing. Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms and lofts remain in pristine condition, and share local knowledge of Osnabrück with guests to create memorable moments. Work flexible shift schedules between 8:00 and 20:00 without night shifts, utilizing a MacBook and iPhone for daily tasks. Complete an initial HR meeting, followed by an operations deep dive with the Head of Operations, and a founder interview before starting.
