Guest Experience Agent (m/w/d) Bremen in Teilzeit (Hotel / Front Office / Rezeption)

Conduct guest interactions from check-in to departure as the central contact for guest experiences at the Bremen location. Manage Self-Check-In processes, answer all guest inquiries, and build relationships using an informal "Du" communication style. Act as a local hero by sharing top Bremen recommendations with guests and verify room and loft conditions with the housekeeping team. Work flexible shifts between 8:00 and 20:00 hours in a part-time role of 20 hours weekly. Complete initial hiring steps via HR meeting, operations deep dive with the Head of Operations, and founder interview.
