Job Summary
Roll out the red carpet of hospitality from check-in to check-out, acting as the friendly face and warm welcome that sets the tone for guests' entire stay. Communicate with guests and colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration, while transforming dilemmas into success stories. Promote hotel amenities and services by demonstrating deep knowledge of products, and share local neighborhood hotspots and must-visit gems from your treasure trove of knowledge. Handle reservations and manage guest accounts with accuracy. Work Thursday to Saturday with flexibility for nights, weekends, and public holidays.
