Job Summary
Communicate with clients to understand their travel interests and scheduling expectations while helping organize key trip components including accommodations, transportation, and activities. Provide progress updates related to reservation confirmations and planning timelines, assist with reviewing available destination options using approved supplier platforms, and respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure digital communication tools. Maintain accurate documentation related to guest planning activity and participate in training sessions and ongoing development opportunities. This remote opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy working with people, staying organized across multiple tasks, and contributing to positive service experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
