Job Summary
Welcome visitors and brand partners while answering inquiries about stores, services, facilities, and events. Resolve questions, comments, and complaints quickly and professionally. Advise on gift cards, the McArthurGlen Club, and other services. Support events and activations within the Designer Outlet. Collect and process visitor feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with various departments to continuously enhance the visitor experience. Handle administrative tasks including gift card orders, reservations, and registrations. Maintain a representative, welcoming, and well-organized Guest Experience environment.
Required Qualifications
- MBO werk- en denkniveau
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
- Goede digitale vaardigheden, waaronder Microsoft Office
- Een proactieve, representatieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling
- Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring binnen hospitality, retail, toerisme, horeca of klantenservice is een pré
