Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to all guests by addressing their needs and queries with a smile while engaging them to ensure a memorable visit. Handle guest feedback and actively seek solutions to resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay. Provide information about attractions, events, and available services to enhance the overall guest journey. Work closely with team members in Ride Host, Retail, Sales & Admissions, or other front-line areas, with flexibility to support additional departments based on operational needs. This role requires candidates aged 18 and over with strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
