Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive housekeeping functions to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning rooms and public spaces. Move about the space independently to ensure all areas support a memorable guest experience. Perform hands-on tasks involving standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and safely lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards while ensuring professional uniform, appearance, and communications. Uphold quality standards and maintain confidentiality in all duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
- Must be able to move about their space and do what needs to be done
- Must be able to deliver guest requests
- Must be able to stock carts
- Must be able to clean rooms and public spaces
- Must be able to perform other similar responsibilities as requested
- Must ensure spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience
- Must ensure a safe work place
- Must follow company policies and procedures
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Must uphold quality standards
