Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive housekeeping functions including cleaning rooms, public spaces, and delivering guest requests while maintaining the hotel's appearance and cleanliness. Stock carts, move objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and ensure a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards. Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications while standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Uphold quality standards to create memorable and unique guest experiences across the property.
Required Qualifications
- Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions
- Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
- Guest Environment Experts will take a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance)
