Deliver guest requests, stock carts, clean rooms and public spaces, and maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel to create a memorable and unique experience. Move about your space to perform housekeeping functions, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while upholding quality standards and maintaining professional appearance and communications.
Required Qualifications
- Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions
- Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time)
- Guest Environment Experts will take a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance)
