Job Summary
Welcome and identify customer needs, explain products and services, and provide product knowledge. Monitor inventory to ensure stock levels, operate the POS system to process transactions, handle cash, prepare deposits, and count the drawer daily. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, and perform daily cleaning to maintain a welcoming environment. This role requires previous sales or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Must be 21 or older to apply.
