Job Summary
Process transactions accurately, handle cash and payments, and address customer inquiries with a positive attitude. Clean tables, floors, and other restaurant areas while maintaining a organized Guest Connector station. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities that may change. Complete all required company training programs and be available for a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed. This role supports the team to deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality at Off The Hook, the only authentic Cajun quick-casual dining experience founded on sharing family recipes with bold, authentic flavors.
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be change
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, weekends, and travel as needed for work related functions and training
- 1 year of restaurant experience
- Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Possess a valid driver's license
