Job Summary
Answer telephones for all Jeff Ruby restaurants, manage high-volume call queues, and direct incoming callers appropriately. Take reservations, assist guests with loyalty accounts and gift card balances, and maintain accurate daily updates to customer account information. Prioritize messages and ensure open communication between guests, management, and team members while addressing special occasion requests. Support the Guest Relations Manager with additional guest relation needs as requested. Located in downtown Cincinnati, this central role serves multiple restaurant locations.
