Job Summary
Manage guest services operations by greeting arrivals, assigning rooms, and processing payments while ensuring proper room cleanliness and overseeing breakfast preparations. Coordinate with the Director of Hotel Operations on amenities, room blocks, and rate flexibility. Maintain deep knowledge of the reservation system and hotel property to act as an ambassador, sharing local insights and accommodating all guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of a room reservation system
- Understanding of the hotel room reservation process; check in, check out, etc.
