Guest Attendant - Part Time (11pm to 7am)

Job Summary
Provide person-centered care services to residents ensuring professionalism, dignity, and compassion with each interaction. Administer safe medication and assist with housekeeping tasks and laundry as assigned. Respond to medical, physical, and emotional needs through collaboration with the Health and Wellness Manager while following infection control measures. Work 37.5 bi-weekly hours split between Tuesday/Saturday and Sunday/Monday/Friday shifts from 11pm to 7am. Maintain current First Aid and CPR certification, hold valid CLHA registration, and provide clear communication and workload prioritization. Required Qualifications
- Registered with and in good standing with the College of License Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA) – (Alberta Candidates only)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
- Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of medical equipment is considered an asset (blood pressure machine, oximeter, glucometer- and/or the ability to learn these skills with training)
- Provide compassion, empathy and understanding of Seasons' residents
- Communicate effectively following written and verbal instructions
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload throughout scheduled shift
