Job Summary
Conduct daily front office operations including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and paperwork approvals. Ensure guest needs are met by handling special requests, conducting tours for potential guests, and closing sales. Complete laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens while maintaining a clean area. Perform cleaning tasks like vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas, ensuring supplies are stocked. Follow property emergency procedures and security protocols. Assist with in-house sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy. Minimum of one year in customer service required with proficiency in computer skills. Willing to work a changing schedule and perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50lbs.
