Job Summary
Guest Attendant responsible for front office operations (reservations, check-ins/outs, and related paperwork), guest services including tours and special requests, laundry duties, cleaning and maintenance of public areas, and supporting sales/marketing initiatives to increase occupancy. Must handle emergency procedures and adapt to property needs. Requires strong customer service experience, proficient computer skills, excellent communication, and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
