Job Summary
Guest Assistant supports dining operations by keeping tables clean and restocked, assisting servers with food delivery and clearing, maintaining water stations, and aiding front-of-house teams to ensure a smooth guest experience. Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables between seatings, returning dirty dishware, restocking tableware, assisting with delivery of food orders, maintaining service areas, preparing and maintaining fire pits per safety guidelines, reporting maintenance/safety issues, supporting bartender areas, coordinating and delivering dining, events, and F&B service, and performing additional duties as directed. Key skills include excellent communication, proactive problem solving, teamwork, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a courteous, guest-focused attitude. Education requirement is a High School diploma or GED; prior cashier or customer service experience and fast-paced environment experience are preferred.
