Guest Arrival Expert (Professional Kazakh and Russian Speaking)

Guest Arrival Expert role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences during arrival and departure at Marriott hotels. Responsibilities include handling a range of guest interactions, processing operational needs, completing reports, and sharing local area highlights. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds unassisted (and heavier items with assistance). Emphasis on professionalism in appearance and communications, adherence to policies, confidentiality, asset protection, and safety. Preference for candidates fluent in Kazakh and Russian.
