Guest Arrival Expert responsible for guiding guests through arrival and departure experiences, handling a range of services, processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area to create a memorable, professional guest journey. Must be able to stand and move for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 pounds (75 pounds with assistance), maintain confidentiality, follow policies, and present a professional appearance. Education requirement: High school diploma or GED. No related work experience required.
