The role involves moving around the workspace, performing tasks such as processing operational needs, maintaining professional appearance and communications, upholding safety and confidentiality, and adhering to company policies. The position requires standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance (and more with assistance). Strong guest service, teamwork, problem-solving, and a professional demeanor are essential for getting it right for guests and the business.
