Guest Arrival Expert

Guest Arrival Expert responsible for shaping memorable guest experiences from arrival to departure. Duties include guiding guests through their arrival and departure experiences, addressing guest requests, processing operational needs, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area. Must maintain a safe workplace, follow policies and procedures, protect confidentiality and company assets, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance and communication. Roles involve standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods and hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds (and over 75 pounds with assistance).
