Process guest arrivals and departures by guiding guests through their stay, handling operational needs, addressing requests, and sharing local highlights. Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards while ensuring professional appearance and communications. Work on your feet moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds independently or more than 75 pounds with assistance. Complete required reports and ensure transactions feel like part of the guest experience. High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
