Job Summary
Greet arriving guests and owners, manage luggage and ski equipment from vehicle to residence, and stage welcome amenities for seamless check-in. Coordinate departures, handle curbside flow, and deliver packages, mail, and flowers to residences while maintaining a secure luggage storage room and clean lobby. Anticipate guest needs by arranging transportation, securing dining reservations, stocking units with groceries, and running errands. Support front desk operations during lower volume periods, including check-ins, post room charges, and managing the bell staff schedule and gratuity pool. Uphold luxury service standards, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain expert knowledge of Vail Village dining and activities. This role serves as the face of Manor Vail Lodge, creating a personalized mountain experience for guests and owners across 140 residences.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years in hospitality, guest services, concierge, or a comparable guest facing role, ideally in a luxury or resort setting
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, hospitable presence
- Strong knowledge of Vail and the surrounding area, or the proven ability to develop it quickly
- Valid Colorado driver license and a clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort with property management and related systems, or the aptitude to learn them quickly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a condominium hotel or owner relations environment
- Conversational ability in a second language
- Existing relationships with local vendors and activity providers
- Prior front desk or reservations experience
