Job Summary
Greet guests as they enter and leave the Huntington Bank Pavilion, providing information on products, services, and venue policies while resolving complaints and assisting with seat relocation or lost items. Direct restroom and concession lines to shorten wait times, proactively assist fans with merchandise or upgrades, and distribute advertising flyers as needed. Check restrooms frequently to ensure lines move and alert cleaning staff, then partner with fellow band members post-show to collect recyclables, store equipment, and report maintenance issues. Show care by participating in the venue's sustainability program, including waste sorting and educating fans on conservation efforts. This role requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting 50 lbs+, with opportunities to fill in temporarily during peak times or breaks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years in Guest Service and communications
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
- A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+
