Job Summary
Lead the Recreation team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in the OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park. Responsibilities include supervising staff, engaging with guests to guide recreation options, maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction in recreational areas, coordinating with housekeeping for towel availability, checking in guests to identify them as resort guests, setting up and breaking down recreational spaces, and ensuring a friendly, helpful demeanor with guests and team members. Requires a visible, energetic personality, effective communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Compensation at $14.00 per hour with varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
