Guernsey SQE Trainee Programme

Rotate between practice groups to gain hands-on practical experience while studying for the Solicitor Qualifying Exams. Obtain two years of exposure to a diverse range of complex and challenging work supported by experienced legal teams. Submit a CV and a general cover letter of no more than 500 words detailing your motivations and perspective on the legal profession. Applications for the September 2027 intake close in November 2026. This two-year fixed term contract includes mentorship, SQE preparation course costs, exam fees, and study leave, with an opportunity to apply for a permanent Associate role upon qualification.
