Job Summary
This full-time Guardianship Case Manager position involves the management of client cases in guardianship status, including coordination with case workers, facilitation of resources for guardians, and compliance with legal requirements. Requires an Associates degree and two years of experience in case management.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience in a related field may be substituted for a degree
- Two (2) years' case management experience in family or social services environment
- Experience writing reports and creating dashboards
- Must have a valid Alaska Driver's License and remain insurable under the Tribe's policy
- Knowledge of Court orders and procedures.
- Knowledge of common office procedures, equipment, and computer competency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working with cultural diversities
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relations with co-workers, and the public
- Excellent communications, both verbal and written, for documenting written reports
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Experience in case documentation.

- This position is a Covered Position subject to all requirements of the Alaska Barrier Crimes Act (ABCA) and to the Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act, (ICPA). ABCA and ICPA requirements apply and must be complied with at all times in order to remain in the position.
