Job Summary
Guarantor Billing Specialist responsible for managing assigned patient accounts receivable, following up on guarantor balances, processing payments via phone or bill head, and sending/handling collection letters. Communicates with patients to explain balances and questions about bills; emphasizes teamwork and strong communication. Requires basic insurance/billing knowledge and organizational skills. Schedule typically 8-hour daytime shifts, Monday to Friday; high school diploma or GED required.
