Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for recovery in patients' homes. Deliver personalized physical therapy services while monitoring progress and adjusting care plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers to support independence and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Manage your own flexible schedule focused on evaluations and revisit care, utilizing Ambient AI technology to reduce documentation time. Earn guaranteed weekly pay based on 10 visits per week with premium compensation rates. Required Qualifications
- Current New York State Physical Therapist License and Registration
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of Physical Therapy experience
- Successful completion of the VNS Health Rehab Intern program
