Job Summary
GTN Media Technical Operations Manager leads and coordinates audiovisual operations across studio, classroom, and event environments, ensuring staffing, training, and execution of live and recorded productions with high quality control. Responsibilities include directing AV teams, standardizing workflows, allocating crews, providing on-the-spot technical decisions, mentoring staff, and collaborating with multiple departments to align technical resources with vision and timelines. Requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with studio/live production tech (cameras, audio, switchers, playback), plus familiarity with Mac/Windows, Adobe Creative Suite, and DaVinci Resolve. Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and sign the Statement of Faith; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in related fields preferred. 3-5 years in broadcast/studio/live production and proven team management experience are expected.
