Job Summary
Forecasting and Analytics Manager responsible for leading short- and long-term demand forecasting using advanced statistical methods, coordinating with global Forecasting and Analytics teams, and driving adoption of AI/GenAI tools across the business. Partners with internal stakeholders (finance, supply, marketing, sales) to translate business KPIs into analytical models, acts as PMO for tool development and deployment, and ensures successful landing of AI/data tools with rigorous data input, governance, and role-based access. Collaborates with digital teams to operationalize analytics, trains users, and maintains knowledge-center resources to enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related quantitative field)
- 3+ years related experience in analytics/forecasting
- Experience with statistical modeling and time-series forecasting
- Experience landing AI/advanced analytics solutions in a business context
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Programming experience in Python or R is a strong plus
- Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
