Job Summary
GTM Systems Platform Specialist responsible for building and optimizing core RevOps tooling (Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach) and supporting tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DealHub). Will design, build, and maintain scalable automations and workflows across Salesforce and integrated platforms to support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships; improve lead-to-account routing; troubleshoot complex integration issues; document SOPs and enable GTM teams to drive adoption and operational confidence; focus on execution, automation, and continuous optimization of the revenue tech stack to enhance RevOps efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years hands-on experience administering and optimizing Revenue Operations (RevOps) or GTM systems
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, including data model, automation (Flows), integrations, and overall system architecture
- Proven, hands-on experience with core RevOps tools: LeanData (lead/account routing logic, matching, and orchestration), Outreach (bi-directional sync, sequencing automation, and troubleshooting), DealHub (CPQ) support and configuration
- Strong experience designing, building, and maintaining automations and workflows across integrated systems
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, including sync failures, routing errors, and data inconsistencies across platforms
- Preferred: Gong integration, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, partner portals, API-based integrations (Zapier, Mulesoft), CLM tools like Pramata
Desired Qualifications

- Gong integration with Salesforce, data governance, and pipeline insights (preferred)
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
- Experience with partner portal workflows (e.g., Unifyr or similar) (preferred)
- Exposure to API-based integrations or middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Mulesoft) (preferred)
- Experience with CLM tools such as Pramata (preferred)
- Remote-first environment experience (preferred)
- Strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on enablement and tool adoption skills
