Job Summary
GTM Systems Associate responsible for running the regional revenue engine: maintain and configure the HubSpot CRM and adjacent tools (Clay, Gong, outbound platforms, enrichment, CPQ/CLM) within global guardrails; serve as in-time-zone point of contact for Sales, CS, Marketing and Finance; back up MarOps automation behind campaigns; drive AI-assisted automation to replace recurring manual work; ensure data cleanliness and accurate forecast fields; govern lifecycle rules, territory logic, and field standards; collaborate with Global RevOps and GTM Engineering to roll out regional improvements and ensure the system supports growth across Europe and additional markets.
