Job Summary
GTM Strategy & Planning Analyst role focused on building scalable GTM assets, data architecture, and automated tooling to support revenue leadership. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining Source of Truth reporting, developing pacing models, enabling self-serve analytics, conducting performance deep dives on funnel metrics, building territory design and quota models, and acting as a cross-functional technical liaison between GTM, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing. Required skills include SQL, Tableau/Looker, Python, and advanced Excel/Sheets, with strong data storytelling and collaboration capabilities. The position offers an annual salary range of $80,000-$115,000 and a remote-work stipend to support a remote environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of total experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or Analytics roles, preferably in Saas
- Analytical Prowess: Strong proficiency in SQL, Viz Tools (Tableau, Looker, etc), Python, Excel/Google Sheets
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the "big picture" while managing the details
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
