Job Summary
GTM Strategy and Operations Lead responsible for rebuilding Snapsheet's GTM infrastructure, transitioning from legacy manual processes to a scalable data-driven approach. Key duties include AI-driven sales enablement and efficiency (CRM enrichment, automated data entry, AI-powered next-best-action), data-driven territory planning and resource allocation, strategic account planning and retention operations (identifying whitespace, automating upsell/cross-sell workflows), sales technology and systems architecture (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo; CRM evaluation), and advanced analytics for precision forecasting (no-touch dashboards, variance analysis). Requires 6+ years in SaaS/scale-up analytics, hands-on Salesforce/HubSpot experience, strong forecasting and territory modeling skills, and the ability to communicate insights to Finance and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role within a SaaS or scale-up environment
- Experience implementing AI-driven sales tools to drive rep productivity
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, including CRM evaluation
- Strong skills in variance analysis, territory modeling, and revenue forecasting
- Ability to present complex insights to Finance, Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Self-starter, capable of owning multiple priorities and delivering scalable solutions
