GTM Strategic Finance Manager

Job Summary
Own the topline capacity model and net new ARR Finance forecast; partner with GTM cross-functional stakeholders to ensure resource allocations for key investments/initiatives; drive alignment on KPIs and metrics to track team and company performance; analyze levers shaping Glean’s long-term financial trajectory; establish and manage ROI and efficiency metrics across business segments; assist with implementing a scalable planning system and with capital planning, corporate finance, and investor relations; partner with accounting to align forecasts with historicals; prepare presentations and reporting for the Board of Directors and Executive Team; about you: ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks, expert financial modeling, strong communication skills, and 5+ years of relevant experience; relocation to SF Bay Area and hybrid work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, strategic finance, or related fields — preferably for a B2B and/or SaaS business
- Willingness to relocate to the Bay Area and work 4 days a week in the office
