Job Summary
Field-First Strategist to bridge GTM vision and daily field execution for Salesforce’s Agentforce sales ecosystem. Acts as a Subject Matter Expert who translates complex business processes into practical, daily workflows for sales managers, AEs, and SEs; designs and leads enablement programs to elevate field performance; implements and optimizes the Salesforce ecosystem and related point solutions (Momentum, Gong, Clari, Outreach, LeanData, etc.); leads internal adoption and change management to move the field from skepticism to high-utility usage; develops Core Sales Programs for primary seller roles (AEs and SEs) and ensures programs integrate with tools and meetings; serves as an external-facing voice to CROs and RevOps and communicates revenue strategy at events or executive briefings; requires strategic Salesforce customer experience and a demonstrated ability to drive 90%+ field adoption through education and functional optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in revenue-centric roles or equivalent experience
- Experience in Sales Programs, Strategic Enablement, or GTM Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS
- Experience as a primary seller or technical sales role (AE, SE, or Sales Lead)
- Proven experience as a Salesforce instance owner and with Salesforce-adjacent point solutions (Momentum, Gong, Clari, Outreach, LeanData)
- Track record designing and landing Always-On sales programs with field adoption
- Change management mastery with evidence of driving high adoption
- Executive presence and public speaking with interaction with CROs/CMOs/VPs RevOps
- Technical literacy to turn on CRM/sales tools to resolve business bottlenecks
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders
