Job Summary
GTM Sales Engineer and AI Automation Specialist to design and implement automated sales workflows, AI-enabled revenue operations, and intelligent systems that identify and prioritize high-value accounts, route opportunities, and surface actionable insights across the customer lifecycle. The role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and RevOps, and involves owning the go-to-market technology stack, building integrations, enabling Sales teams with AI-powered automation, improving forecasting and pipeline visibility, and delivering dashboards and governance across revenue operations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong AI skills and an AI-first mindset
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered automation workflows using platforms such as Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Anthropic
- Experience with modern GTM technology ecosystems, CRM architectures, and revenue-operations best practices
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, 6sense, Segment, Gong, and related sales/data platforms
- Ability to architect scalable operational processes and improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and GTM performance
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities; effective stakeholder communication and problem solving
- Bonus: ABM frameworks, technographic tools, Python/JavaScript scripting, and advanced Clay workflow development
- Experience designing and managing autonomous signal-to-outreach pipelines and lifecycle automation
- Ability to leverage data to drive account prioritization, personalization, and revenue insights
