Job Summary
GTM Sales Engineer and AI Automation Specialist role combines sales engineering, RevOps, and AI-enabled workflow design to build automated systems that identify high-value accounts and opportunities, automate data integration across the revenue stack, and surface actionable insights to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and engagement. Responsibilities include designing automated sales workflows, enabling AI-driven prioritization and outreach, integrating GTM tech across platforms (CRM, marketing, data), building dashboards and reporting, and enabling the sales team with scalable, data-driven automation. Key skills include AI-powered workflow design, CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, 6sense, Gong), experience with tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI/Anthropic, and strong data-driven decision-making capabilities. Bonus experiences include ABM frameworks and Python/JavaScript scripting.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Revenue Operations or GTM Systems
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered automation workflows
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data platforms
- Ability to design and implement automated sales workflows
- Proficiency with AI tools and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Experience building autonomous signal-to-outreach pipelines
- Knowledge of ABM and technographic tools (bonus)
- Python or JavaScript scripting (bonus)
