GTM Sales Engineer and AI Automation Specialist

GTM Sales Engineer and AI Automation Specialist responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven, automated go-to-market workflows and revenue-operations systems. Build and optimize the tech stack across Sales, RevOps, and marketing to identify high-value accounts, prioritize opportunities, automate account engagement, and surface actionable insights. Responsibilities include designing and building automated sales workflows, enabling AI-driven decision-making across the customer lifecycle, automating repetitive revenue processes, improving forecasting and pipeline visibility, building integrations and data workflows across CRM and revenue platforms, and delivering dashboards and governance that improve decision-making. Required skills include experience with AI-powered automation tools and platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic; Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier), proficiency with CRM/data platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, 6sense, Gong), and a strong ability to architect scalable GTM automation and analytics, plus a builder mindset and strong communication with Stakeholders.
