Job Summary
As the first GTM Recruiter, own the entire recruiting funnel from strategy to close for GTM roles, collaborating directly with founders and leadership to attract and close top talent; drive sourcing via creative strategies, build scalable recruiting processes from scratch, and analyze recruiting metrics to inform strategy; relocation to San Francisco is supported for the right hire, with an office in SF and in-person work requirement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- proven success sourcing and hiring GTM and business roles
- ability to manage multiple searches and projects
- attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- experience with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
