Job Summary

As a GTM Recruiter, you will own full-cycle hiring across all non-technical roles, focusing on building a world-class sales team. Responsibilities include leading recruitment efforts for sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and finance roles, creating effective sourcing strategies, collaborating with hiring leaders to establish clear recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Ideal candidates will be full-cycle recruiters with expertise in sourcing exceptional talent, data-driven and process-oriented, and possess strong skills in negotiation and closing.

Required Qualifications

  • Own and run full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles
  • Build scalable sourcing engines across outbound, referrals, and talent communities
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and tight SLAs
  • Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience
  • Instrument the funnel through ATS hygiene, conversion dashboards, and channel ROI
