Job Summary
GTM Recruiter role responsible for full-cycle recruitment across GTM functions with a focus on Account Executives, BDRs, and Solutions Engineers. You will partner with GTM leadership to define hiring priorities, proactively source top talent through outbound outreach, referrals, and talent mapping, and build strong pipelines. Responsibilities include managing interview loops, developing hiring scorecards, delivering a world-class candidate experience from first touch to offer, refining recruiting infrastructure and processes, and tracking funnel performance. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS or tech, a track record hiring top GTM talent, and a strong, autonomous, process-oriented mindset in fast-moving startup environments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- experience hiring GTM talent including AE, BDR, SE, Marketing, Growth, or Revenue Operations roles
- strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise
- outbound sourcing experience
- ability to build recruiting pipelines and scale processes
- excellent communication and ownership in fast-moving startup environments
