Job Summary
Full-cycle GTM hiring across Berlin and NYC: sourcing, screening, process design, coordination, and closing. Partner with Hiring Managers to calibrate roles, run retros, and share recruiting best practices; track hiring metrics to improve process and candidate experience; strengthen employer branding through content and social presence; manage recruiting operations and tooling (Ashby hygiene, SLAs, reporting). Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end GTM hiring, with experience hiring in NYC a strong plus. Strong sourcing instincts and credibility in technical GTM needed, along with data-driven problem-solving. English-speaking environment; German not required. 5 days onsite in Berlin Mitte; location hint: Berlin and NYC offices.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years full-cycle recruiting with GTM/commercial hiring (NYC experience a strong plus)
- End-to-end hiring ownership — you've run the full process yourself and been a true sparring partner for your hiring manager
- Data-driven and solution-oriented: when a role stalls, you don't keep doing the same thing. You step back, look at what's not working, re-calibrate with the HM, and change the approach
- Credible on technical GTM: we build technical products and sell to technical buyers, so you can speak to what our GTM hires actually do, pre-assess technical skill sets, and pitch Kombo well
- Strong sourcing instincts: you find people others miss and write outreach people reply to
