Job Summary
GTM Planning Lead – NZ is a newly created, high-impact role based in Auckland that owns the regional volume forecast, orchestrates S&OP rhythms, and ensures GTM plans reflect supply, demand, and commercial opportunity. Responsible for end-to-end GTM planning for new product launches, building launch readiness trackers, translating innovation briefs into executable GTM plans (channel strategy, ranging, sell-in timelines, in-store execution), and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Category teams. Requires university degree and experience in export planning/S&OP, proficiency with Power BI and planning platforms (Kinaxis/ACTPM preferred), ability to communicate complex data to senior leadership, and strong stakeholder-management skills. Emphasizes a fast-moving, data-driven FMCG culture; Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- University degree required
- Experience in export planning or ability to develop S&OP processes within FMCG/fast-moving consumer environment (3-5 years in relevant roles)
- Strong skills in digital analytics tools (Power BI)
- Experience with finished goods demand planning platforms; Kinaxis or ACTPM preferred but not essential
- Strong storytelling and ability to translate data into senior leadership narratives
- Autonomy with stakeholder management
- Commercial curiosity and end-to-end thinking
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving evolving organization
- APICS qualification is an advantage
