GTM operations, sustainability advisory & services

Operational role within Watershed's GTM Operations focused on Sustainability Advisory & Services. Build staffing, capacity, and forecasting models; own dashboards, models, and reporting infrastructure; ship AI-first operational workflows and internal tooling; run the operating cadence (weekly capacity/reviews, assignments, workload management); design and improve delivery processes for a high-quality services operation; drive strategic planning (OKRs, business reviews, long-range planning) and lead multi-workstream initiatives from conception to implementation; partner with Services leadership to maintain KPIs and the services mission. Ideal candidate brings 5-7 years in management consulting or strategy/operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, expert data analysis, experience with Salesforce, SQL, and BI tools (Sigma/Looker), and hands-on experience integrating AI into operations. Role can be based in NY or SF offices; must be in office 4 days per week where applicable.
