Job Summary
GTM Operations Analyst (Contractor) responsible for supporting a 3-way ops model (marketing ops, sales ops, GTM engineering) in an AI-native stack. You’ll manage HubSpot configurations (Marketing Hub/Sales Hub), lifecycle scoring, ICP gating, attribution, MQL-to-SQL quality, and build AI-driven workflows with Claude Code. The role collaborates with the VP of Ops to back Demand Gen, SDR, Sales, and CS; involves a short-term contract with potential conversion to full-time based on performance, and requires hands-on Ops mindset, automation, and data signals integration across the GTM stack.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years across marketing ops, sales ops, RevOps, or GTM engineering at a B2B SaaS company
- HubSpot admin chops with lifecycle, scoring, attribution, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code or equivalent agentic AI tooling (shipping skills, agents, or automations)
- Amplitude (or Mixpanel/Heap) experience at a product-led company and ability to instrument events into GTM stack
- Familiarity with modern GTM tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, Clay, Webflow forms, Slack, Notion, BigQuery, data warehouse)
- SQL proficiency and Python or JavaScript ability to script when no-code suffices
