Job Summary
Drive productivity across Agent Development by identifying bottlenecks, building metrics, and shipping changes that increase output. Standardize operations by defining, documenting, and maintaining playbooks and SOPs for internal and external processes. Leverage AI to scale Agent Dev by identifying manual work and building AI-native tools and workflows. Build feedback loops from the field to capture what works and feed that signal back into onboarding, SOPs, and tooling. Own onboarding, ramp, and continuous enablement by building and improving the curriculum and ramp plan. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations at a top-tier technology company.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a similar role at a top-tier or high-growth technology company
- Experience designing onboarding, training, or ramp programs
- Track record of turning ad hoc practice into a documented, repeatable process
- Strong analytical rigor
- Ability to build metrics and frameworks that make team productivity and ramp progress measurable
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment
- Ability to independently structure open-ended problems and drive them to resolution
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and act as a trusted partner to Agent Dev leadership
- Ability to run projects end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders who don't report to you
