Job Summary

Shape and deliver the GTM plan for Private Equity, turning agreed strategy into clear, day-to-day actions and keeping activity on track. Act as the day-to-day link between Private Equity and the Commercial Function, flagging priorities, risks, and opportunities to the GTM Lead and wider leadership. Build strong relationships with Commercial Growth Services specialists and international firms to drive global connection and collaboration. Manage local campaign delivery, support subject matter experts to raise their profile with key buyers, and maintain accurate, timely Dynamics data for pipeline and credentials. Adopt AI tools to sharpen campaign activity and reporting while adhering to firm standards for responsible use.

Required Qualifications

  • proven commercial experience within business development, marketing or a commercial function
  • ideally gained in professional services or financial services environment
  • strong stakeholder management
  • communication skills
  • data-driven approach to pipeline management and decision-making
  • Experience using CRM systems (ideally Dynamics) to manage opportunities, maintain pipeline accuracy and support decision-making
  • Ability to work effectively with partners, directors and senior stakeholders across a complex, matrixed organisation
  • A proven track record of delivering strategic plans and commercial initiatives, ensuring activity remains on track and objectives are achieved
  • Strong commercial awareness and curiosity, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and leverage data and insights to inform recommendations
  • Knowledge of the Private Equity market and its commercial dynamics
