Job Summary
GTM Manager in NYC (hybrid) owning the full customer-engagement cycle from first call to signed contract, focused on industrial tech/manufacturing solutions. You’ll connect with process engineers to COOs, translate shopfloor problems into business cases, and conduct deep discovery and demos on customer sites. You’ll build pipeline with BDMs and deployment teams, own outcomes, and travel about 30% of the time. Strong candidates come from Sales/BD at high-growth startups or industrial tech platforms, with a curiosity for manufacturing and a builder mindset; a technical background (engineering, mathematics, physics, or related field) is a bonus. You’ll work from the SOHO NYC office three days a week, with in-person collaboration and direct access to founders. This role emphasizes learning the sales craft, owning strategic logos, and shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy.
